The dining table is a very special place in the home. If you have a small or round dining table, you can probably illuminate the entire table with a single, large pendant lamp . The important thing is to hang the lamp at a height so that the light covers the table, without creating any glare that gets into your or your guest's eyes, when sitting around it. A rule of thumb is that the lamp should hang just above head height, when sitting down. That way, you can see everyone around the table, without being blinded by the light.

If you are looking for a lamp with several functions, you can take a look at the ingenious Multi-Lite from GUBI .
