We wanted to create a unified experience when purchasing designer products. What shipping methods do you use?
AndLight ships with leading freight suppliers including UPS, DSV, GLS, Post Nord, and DHL.
Do I receive tracking information?
When your shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track the shipment to its destination.
Can I arrange shipping myself?
Yes, no problem! Send an email to our team and agree on the details.
Can I arrange pick-up?
Pick-up can also be arranged. Pick-up takes place from our headquarter in Copenhagen.
Payment
When do I have to pay?
We will only start processing your order once we have received the agreed amount in our account.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can choose to pay for your order by card or bank transfer.
Return policy
For contract purchases and other B2B orders, there is no right of return or opportunity to exchange products.
