Important information for returns sent to AndLight - Please return your goods via the same shipping method as they were delivered to you.
If you have received your product on a pallet, please also return the goods to AndLight on a pallet. - Your goods must be unused, in original packaging and in original condition. We cannot refund items if the products have been installed or the original packaging is missing.
- Companies and public institutions can return goods for up to 1,000 EUR. There is no right of return if the sum of the returned goods exceeds 1,000 EUR.
- Your money will be refunded via the same payment method you used to purchase your item.
Processing time and the refund can take up to 14 days - If a customer has not acted as per our terms and conditions, we may exercise the option to refund a smaller amount than the return amount.
- Your item must be returned within 365 days of receipt.

It is up to you as a customer how you want to return your products to AndLight You can choose a carrier of your choice and purchase a return label with delivery to this address: AndLight TC Logistics Priorparken 853-855 2605 Brøndby, Denmark Denmark 1. Include your order number in the return shipment 2. Carefully pack your items and place your return label on top of the original shipping label to minimise packaging damage. 3. Send your parcel off and wait for the return, processing time and refund. This can take up to 14 days. If your received goods are defective or otherwise faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at claim@andlight.dk with photo documentation and your order number.
