Design: Paavo Tynell, GUBI Concept: Paavo Tynell is a legendary designer who, throughout his career, has created a beautiful collection of iconic products. The 1972 the pendant is certainly part of this. The shade , which is made of bamboo, is sewn by hand and mounted on the metal frame. This means the light will ebb out between the bamboo slats, and give off a soft glow. With its elegant conical shape, the lamp also issues a pleasant, soft, downward-facing light. This makes this lamp ideal for areas where you do not want to be dazzled by its lightbulb, e.g. over a dining table. The special lamp comes in two different versions, both with and without the ability to control the height of the lamp itself.
