Concept: Socket Occasional Lamp Socket Occasional Lamp represents part of a study made by Danish design duo Norm Architects. They decided to study the boundaries between minimalist sculpture and practical everyday objects. The Socket lamp was designed based on these thoughts, and resulted in a heavy and expressive lamp designed to fit perfectly on the desk, shelf or in a small corner. Without a bulb, the lamp can be used as a paperweight. The designers were inspired by geometrical purity and have created the simple and modern Socket lamp in brushed brass.
