Concept: The Hyg series by Danish Normann Copenhagen is a chair series that is based on the Danish word Hygge. Designer Simon Legald has tried to embody the word's meaning of security, warmth and comfort in a furniture series. This is expression in the fine organic shapes and hearty curves that provide a high degree of seating comfort and well-being in the chairs. Hygge is about creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying life's simple pleasures with good friends and family - that is exactly what is at the core of Danish culture. Sharing a delicious meal with the family, or enjoying a cup of hot coffee with someone you love. The Hyg series creates a beautiful and comfortable setting for any gathering in the home and is made to enjoy life with.

The Hyg series consists of a bar stool in several heights, a dining chair, a swivel chair and an office chair. All are available in a wide range of configurations with different qualities and upholstery, which can be used together exactly as you wish in your home, to create the perfect hygge.
