Design: Tom Dixon & FRONT Concept: Tom Dixon and FRONT have created an incredibly beautiful pendant, in a completely unique design. The lamp is made using a special metallising technology that makes the appearance completely unique. The first of its kind. the lamp is transparent when its on, and you can see the exciting play of colours. When the lamp is switched off, it issues a mirror-like look. The Melt lamp has a nice organic and natural expression. The pendant was designed in collaboration between Tom Dixon and the Swedish design collective FRONT. The ideas behind the design are a mixture of creating the expression of three remarkable things such as melted glass, a melting glacier and the expression from when you have taken a picture in space.
Melt Pendant is available in five colours, respectively Chrome, Copper, Gold, Smoked and Blue. In addition, the lamp is available in two different sizes, the large one in Ø48 cm. and the small one in Ø27 cm.

Tom Dixon Melt series now includes various floor lamps, pendants, wall lamps, ceiling lights and table lamps.
