Concept: The Herman the table lamp from Danish &Tradition is named after the renowned Danish author Herman Bang. The lamp is designed as a tribute to the author and the artistic way he lived his life. For that reason, the lamp has been chosen to consist of an opal glass shade, a body in walnut wood and a foot in marble, as this composition recalls the lamps that stood on Bang's desk when he wrote his classics. The organic and soft shapes give a pleasant calm to the surroundings and the natural materials exude warmth and comfort. The artistic lamp will look nice and charming on the shelf or bookcase, but can also be placed on the desk or side table where it will look majestic over the surroundings.
