Design: Jo Hammerborg, 1966
Concept: The Trombone series was designed in 1966 by the renowned Danish lighting designer Jo Hammerborg, who was behind a large number of original lamps that have gained classic status over time. The lamp is a simple and elegant table lamp in a geometric design that compliments the modern decor. The white color on the inside of the cylinder gives, together with the small vertical cracks, a unique and beautiful light output. The table lamp is suitable for many locations in the home and can be placed on the shelf, shelf or side table in the living room, to contribute to a cozy and subdued lighting or in the office as a desk lamp.
The trombone series also consists of a floor lamp and a pendant, all inspired by a trumpet - hence the name.
